A total of 206 school sports teachers, sports instructors, physical education teachers, coaches, referees, and umpires, representing more than 30 sports disciplines, participated in the course. Following the final evaluation, 180 participants successfully passed the examination.

9. Nutrition and Physical Conditioning of Athletes After Retirement

10. Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) in Sports

11. Sports Yoga and Meditation

The program aimed to strengthen the quality of school sports education and physical education instruction in Nepal by equipping educators and sports professionals with modern scientific knowledge, ethical standards, and child-centered practices.
